INQBARご利用条件
1.予約代表者は予約時点でオークハウスにご入居中である必要がございます。
2.ご利用される方は全員オークハウス無料会員（オークフェローズ会員）へのご登録及びご利用日に会場内にございます受付でチェックインが必要になります。

INQBAR利用における注意事項
以下の項目に該当する場合、受付をいたしません。また、承認済みおよび使用中であっても中止させ ていただく場合があります。なお、使用許可取消に伴ういかなる損害の賠償もいたしません。

1.法律に違反、公序良俗に反する、危険である、大きな音が発生する場合
2.オークハウスのイメージを損なう恐れがある場合、またオークハウスに不適当と判断した場合
3.申込書の記載の偽りや、不当な手段により許可を受けた事実が明らかになった場合。
4.利用規定およびオークハウスの指示に従わない場合。
5.使用の権利を他に譲渡・転貸した場合。
6.宗教、思想、政治に関するイベントや撮影。
7.暴力団の利益となる、またはその恐れがあると認められるとき。
8.災害、その他の不可抗力により施設の利用ができないとオークハウスが判断した場合

会場使用時の注意点
1.イベントスペース使用中（搬入出時を含む）の人的・物的損害に対する賠償責任は、利用者側の負担となります。
2.使用中に、建物・諸設備・器具・備品等を破損、紛失された場合は、実費請求を申し受けます。
3.使用後は利用者側において清掃して下さい。 特にオークハウスの特別清掃等の必要が生じた場合、別途費用を申し受けます。
4.INQBAR館内は禁煙になります（電子タバコを含む）。

INQBAR Terms and Conditions
1.The representative must be a resident of Oak House at the time of reservation.
2.All guests must register as Oak House free members (Oak Fellows members) and check in at the reception desk on the day of use.

Notes on the use of INQBAR
The following conditions will not be accepted. In addition, the use of INQBAR may be cancelled even if it has been approved or is being used. No compensation will be provided for any damages resulting from the cancellation of the usage permit.

1.If the use violates the law, offends public order and morals, is dangerous, or generates loud noise
2.If there is a risk of damaging the image of Oak House, or if Oak House deems the use to be inappropriate.
3.When it is revealed that the applicant has falsely stated on the application form or has received permission by unfair means.
4.If the applicant does not follow the rules of use or Oak House's instructions.
5.If the right of use is transferred or subleased to another party.
6.Events or filming related to religion, ideology, or politics.
7.When it is recognized that the event benefits or is likely to benefit a crime syndicate.
8.When Oak House determines that the facility cannot be used due to a disaster or other force majeure.

Cautions when using the venue
1.The user is responsible for compensation for personal and property damage during the use of the event space (including during move-in and move-out).
2.In the event of damage to or loss of the building, facilities, equipment, or fixtures during use, the user will be billed for actual costs.
3.Users are responsible for cleaning up after use. In the event that the Oak House needs special cleaning, etc., additional fees will be charged.
4.Smoking is not permitted inside INQBAR (including electronic cigarettes).
