NNJC Summer Bazaar Guidelines & Requirements

Upon approval and acceptance to NNJC Summer Bazaar, you will receive notification via email with all requirements to participate. This will include specifics of pricing, registration, and all pertinent information for you. Please review and submit in a timely manner to ensure sufficient processing. Once you are accepted, your fees are due immediately.

These events are curated to showcase local artists and makers who are seeking to sell their items and goods. Different and unique are ideal and we welcome you to participate. Each bazaar of the series will consist of three (3) market days. You may participate in one (1), two (2), or all three (3). Pricing will vary, please see next section.

Fee Schedule for the 2021 NNJC Summer Bazaar

$50 each day for one (1) day per series
$45 each day for two (2) days per series
$40 each day for all three (3) days per series
$35 each day for 1-3 days (North New Jersey Chamber Members nnjchamber.com)

After acceptance, payment is due immediately.
We accept the following forms of payment: credit/debit card. Cash and personal checks will not be accepted. A $5 convenience fee is added for each transaction.

Summer Bazaar Procedures

This must be signed and submitted prior to finalizing your vendor acceptance.
• Respect other vendors, customers, bazaar organizers, and staff.
• Clean up after yourself. Please leave the grounds the way you found them and remove your garbage and trash, place in the proper receptacles or take with you.
• Electricity is not provided. No outlet use. No fires of any sort. No electric heaters.
• Early is on time, on time is late. Please arrive an hour prior to start of bazaar to efficiently setup. If you happen to run late, please contact the bazaar organizers, otherwise your space may be used for another vendor.
• Placement of vendors are subject to change each market day dependent upon participating vendors. Spots cannot be guaranteed.
• All supplies and materials are the vendors responsibility—table, tent, chairs, etc. Tents, chairs, and tables will not be provided.
• We are open, rain or shine. In the case of extreme inclement weather, the market may be canceled. In this event, all vendors will be notified as soon as possible via email. Never hesitate to reach out to us if you question whether the bazaar will be open. If cancelled, you are not allowed to set up and sell.
• Proper Covid-19 Protocol and Procedures—must be followed:
o Hand sanitizer required on every vendors table
o Clean and sanitize table/area frequently
o Encourage card/tap payments, app payments, and pre-payments
o No hand to hand contact
o If you feel ill or have come into contact with someone with Covid-19, please stay home.

A certificate of liability insurance is required from each vendor. Once accepted, you must add the following entity to your insurance:
