Please Read the Bazaar Rules Carefully Before Submitting the Form:
REGISTRATION PROCESS:
- The decision to accept or decline a vendor will be based on multiple selection criteria such as variety, offerings, products, other similar vendors, public demand, and total available space.
- Do not pay the fee directly to the IAR website, we will contact you and provide a safe link to pay the fee
- Your registration is not complete until you receive communications from us confirming your approval.
- Only registered vendors will be admitted to sell in the Bazaar
- Vendors are not allowed to sign up for more than one spot
- Please show your registration confirmation email when you enter the Bazaar
SET UP and OPERATIONS:
- Vendors can arrive by 1:00pm to setup their stalls. Parking spots close to the Exposition Center's entrance will be reserved to allow for easier set up for the vendors. Vendors are expected to have completed setting up their stalls by 2:30pm.
- Each vendor will have an assigned spot with a roughly 10 x 10 area to set up their tables and/or racks

- Tables and chairs will NOT be provided (please do not request any team member of volunteers to provide you with extra tables or chairs)
- IAR will not be responsible for carrying vendors' tables, chairs or products. Please make arrangements for some help.
- Vendors are not permitted to use power outlets in the hall or outdoors, due to limited availability.
- Every vendor is allowed to have only 3 people at each spot maximum.
- You may keep 100% of total sales you make
- We recommend that all vendors accept different types of payment methods (Cash, Cash app, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle etc).
- You are responsible for paying taxes as required by law and maintaining all required certifications.
- Remember to label your products reasonably and according to local business rates in the area.
- As mentioned, the Raleigh Exposition Center has strict rules dictating the sales of any food inside the building. As a result, the SALE OF ANY FOOD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED BY BAZAAR VENDORS.
- IAR will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items or any dispute between the vendors and customers.
TAKE DOWN AND CLEAN UP:
- Vendors are expected to remain in the Exposition Center for the entirety of the event and not leave before 7:00 pm (until the festival is over).
- Vendors may begin packing up at 6:45pm
- Every vendor must bring TRASH BAGS to collect your own trash. Remember to clean up your area at the end of Bazaar. No items or trash should be left behind.
- Violation of any of the above rules will automatically disqualify you from being reimbursed of your registration fee.
- Please be respectful to the IAR's volunteers.
