Manti Elementary Community Council Signature Form 2023-2024
Thank you for serving on our School Community Council!  We have appreciated working with you. Council members are asked to provide feedback to their local school board by indicating their involvement on the council after the council has approved the School LAND Trust Plan for the upcoming school year.

School Community Councils have been established to:
- Involve parents in decision-making at the school level
- Improve the education of students
- Prudently expend School LAND Trust Program money for student improvement
through parents, school employees, and the local school board
- Increase public awareness of the school trust lands and funds (53G-7-1202)

One way to ensure that parents have a voice in the School LAND Trust Process is through your council
signature. This form is an opportunity for you to indicate your involvement in the process of both
implementing the Current School Plan and preparing the Upcoming School Plan. This is also an
opportunity to share any feedback you have with your local board. Your local board will review this
form when the School Plan is approved.

Please complete this form to indicate indicate your involvement in implementing the Current School LAND
Trust Plan and preparing the Upcoming School LAND Trust Plan and your position (parent, school
employee, principal) and the date.

Thank you!
