The Board of Directors of the Community Health Alliance is currently seeking self-nominations to fill multiple vacancies on the board.  Board members are asked to commit to 2-4 hours per month of effort on behalf of the Community Health Alliance.

Usually Directors will be elected, at the November Membership Meeting, to staggered three-year terms and are eligible for election to no more than two consecutive terms. Elections may occur at any membership meeting if there is a need to fill a slot. All terms start on January 1 and end on December 31.

The Board is particularly seeking candidates representing Humboldt or Del Norte Healthcare Providers and/or Tribal Governments.
