Program Requirements:  --Protégés must be members of OALA--Protégés must be Latina/o/x, have three years of experience in a licensed position, and have leadership experience. --Proteges must be currently enrolled or completed an administrator program. The program is specifically designed to increase the success of Latina/o/x Aspiring Administrators. --Protégé must set up a meeting to discuss with their district the commitments required. --A commitment is expected of all participants, June 2023-May 2024. --Protégés will meet with mentors at minimum of 10 times throughout the year. --Protégés will be expected to submit monthly reflections to the program facilitators. *
