BCSD Employee Referral Form

The Baldwin County School District will offer a $300 referral incentive to current employees of the district who recommend a candidate who is hired, who is not currently a BCSD employee, to fill a posted vacant position for the 2024-2025 school year. The incentive will be paid in two equal payments. Half ($150) after the newly hired referred employee completes a full semester of employment (payment in December 2024) and the other half ($150) after the newly hired referred employee completes a full second semester (payment in June 2025). Referrals must be made before or within the first week of employee starting work. Referrals are timestamped. If a new employee is referred by multiple BCSD employees, the incentive will be granted to the employee who referred them first. A BCSD employee may only receive up to a maximum of 5 referral incentives in a school year.
