1. Who is your ideal client?
Who are you selling/presenting to, or what kind of client are you attracting? What is their age, where are they from, what do they like/hate? Are they new or existing customers?
2. What problem are you solving for your clients?
3. Who is your competition and how are you different?
This can help you find gaps in the market and identify trends.

5. How do your clients feel when working/buying with you?
Think about the experience you want to give your audience.
6. Why are you trustworthy?
How can you prove you will be there for them no matter what?
Mission:
Why your company exists. What are your core values?
Vision:
Where do your see your company in the future? What do you aspire to become?
Essence:
One word to describe the soul of your business. For example, Disney = “Magical”.
Characteristics:
If your brand were your friend, how would you describe their personality?
Antonyms:
What your brand is NOT. Avoid these traits. For example, “playful” can unintentionally come across as “immature”.
Messaging:
This can be a tag-line.
Stories:
A background of your company. Build connections through these stories.
