Girl Scout Dance/Music Badge Event - Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in our Girl Scout Event! This is an hour-long dance sampler class (Poms, Ballet and Jazz) or a group music/voice class.
Cost: $5 per girl (minimum of 6 students or a $30 flat fee IF you have less than 6 students)
Covid-19 Restrictions: We will only allow 15 students total in the classroom to allow room for social distancing. Your troop leader must help assist the class to help our teacher. Masks are recommended but not required.
APA provides a special APA Girl Scout Badge for each participant. Troop leaders are in charge of all the other steps need to earn the badge.
We are working on dates for late January or early February and will email everyone who completes this form by January 7th with more details. These events will occur on select Saturdays and possible Fridays based upon interest.
We have limited spots available. All requests for these events are taken on a first-come, first-service basis.
Students do NOT have to have dance attire to participate. We ask that they wear any type of clothing that they can easily move around in. Students can wear clean tennis shoes that they change into after entering our building. Please no midriff baring clothing.
No gum, food or drinks (except water) are allowed in the studio room. Students are required to bring a water bottle inside of the dance room as our water fountains are currently shut down. Students may store their belongings inside of the classroom at their own risk. APA and its staff are not responsible for lost or stolen items. No cell phones! Please leave valuables at home.
