What is the SDL Library (libsdl) and what is it used for? *

SDL is the Simple directmedia Layer. It is a layer of abstraction over operating system APIs for handling things like input and creating a window.

SDL Stands for Software Development Life cycle and it describes different methodologies for software development.

What are libraries like GLAD (or glew) used for? *

GLAD is a library that helps us load the OpenGl functions that are supported on our graphics card. Effectively, it is setting up a bunch of function pointers to OpenGL functions that we call in C.

(Review from last time!) If I allocate an array of memory with the line: int* intArray = new int[50]. How do I properly delete it? *

delete intArray;

delete[] intArray;

You do not ever need to delete memory, who cares, just wait until it goes out of scope.

Can we pass by reference in C++? *
