THN needs your help with reviewing and scoring applications for housing programs across the state as they compete for funding! IRT members are needed for both the Local Continuum of Care and State Emergency Solutions Grant competitions. THN recruits IRT members on its behalf to promote transparency and fairness in the scoring process.

To be considered as a volunteer for the IRT, applicants must live or work in the Texas Balance of State Continuum of Care  and may not have a conflict of interest (please refer to the conflict of interest form below). Volunteers also need to be able to attend one mandatory training and set aside up to 20 hours to review and score projects
