Openings: This is our smallest camp with a maximum of 7 students.
**Important Information, please read**
- This application will register your child for summer camp and ensure their place in line, however, there will be a second, mandatory, form you will need to fill out after registration closes. This form will be sent by the education manager via email and ask questions regarding allergies, dietary restrictions, and food preferences. If this secondary form is not filled out within 2 weeks of camp you will be removed from the registration list. This form will be sent out within a week of registration closing (May 31st). Please check your spam folder, and if you do not receive this form please contact the education manager.
- Because this camp involves telling a story over the course of the camp it is more important than any of our other camps that your child can attend all the days of this camp. From day one when they create their characters to the last day where they face the final trials to become Forest Guardians, each day build on itself and missing a day not only leaves their team without a player, but also means they will miss out on the story. So if you cannot make all four days please consider signing up for our other 11-14 camp (Whispering Firs).
- Please fill out the following registration form for each child attending to help us organize and understand our campers. If you are signing up more than one child please fill out a registration application for each child.
- Please email our education manager (educationmanager@friendsnorthcreekforest.org) if you have trouble filling this out or any other questions or concerns.
- Any information provided below will remain private, and is collected only to ensure the best experience for your child.
- If your child is already registered for one of our other camps, we request that you please do not register them for another this season. We wish to provide this opportunity for as many individuals as possible, and similar activities will be used in each, giving your child an advantage over the newer campers.
- Please let us know if anything arises which conflicts with your child's attendance, so we can offer this opportunity to those on our waiting list
