We have organized two cultural events as part of the cultural offering of the conference.

1) Japanese sake knowledge 101 and tasting session (June 21 (after dinner) from 20:00 to 21:30). The session is designed to be a fun, interactive activity that will give you the basic knowledge to understand and enjoy Japanese sake. During the session you will also be able to taste 5 types of local Hiroshima sake.

2) tea ceremony experience (full tea ceremony, matcha and traditional sweets) on the afternoon of June 23 from 13:00 to 15:00.
