Information Delivery Preferences Survey
Purpose
The purpose of this questionnaire is to collect information about user preferences regarding delivery of beef industry related information. For producers there is one extra question about barriers to adoption. Potential benefits of this study are the development of informational products that are more tailored to user preferences. There are no risks anticipated with your participation. You must be 18 years or older to participate in this research.

How the information will be used
The data collected in this form will be used for research purposes and to guide development of decision support tools and resources as part of the Sustainable Southwest Beef Coordinated Agriculture Project (https://southwestbeef.org/). Data will be aggregated for analysis, and the results of the analysis may be shared in Extension publications, peer reviewed journals, workshops, webinars, presentations, reports, educational trainings, and other forms of information dissemination. The aggregated data will also be available to the public as a dataset, which may be used in the future by other researchers in other studies.

Confidentiality
This survey is completely anonymous. No personally identifying information will be collected from you or included in any reporting of the results. The aggregated results will be shared as described above.
