Requirements:
• NOLA Kidsground play makers must be multi-skilled and be able to interchange between different positions, including party host, front reception, and refreshment stand.
• Must have experience providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, while maintaining a clean and comfortable environment
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have great organizational skills
• Must be a multi-tasker
• Must be friendly and outgoing
• Must like working with children
• Must be able to work weekends
• Able to speak to and interact with children in a proper manner
• Ability to provide top-notch customer service
• Maintain a positive and fun attitude and ability to work well under pressure
• Does high-quality work while unsupervised
• Able to walk and stand in the same position for long periods of time
• Able to safely lift trays of food and/or gifts of up to 30lbs if necessary
• Helps ensuring the cleanliness of the café area, as well as restrooms and party rooms
• Helps respond to complaints and helping to resolve them

• Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point of sale system
• Knowledge of early childhood hands-on learning strategies a huge plus
