To DONATE a Holiday basket, please fill out the information below.  It will help us greatly to know how many baskets we can expect when we are organizing the distribution of the baskets.

Basket donations should be brought to the Franconia United Methodist Church, Small Stage Room (Door 1) between 6-8am on Monday, December 18th for Christmas!
