Lincoln and Garfield Project LEAD Enrollment 2023-2024 School Year
Welcome to the Lincoln/Garfield Project Lead experience for the 2023-2024 school year!

** We staff our program based on the number of students who are enrolled in the program.  If you are unsure about enrolling at this time, please wait until you are certain that your child(ren) will be attending as you indicate on this form.  You will be able to enroll at any time during the school year.

**If you applying for a waiver, this is completed on the online enrollment in Infosnap.

** If you do not qualify for a waiver, please bring your first payment to the appropriate building before the first day of the program, which is August 17th, 2023.

** Tuition will be $30 flat fee for each full month. For months that are not full, we have prorated them. Early release days will be $10 each.

**BEGINNING AT 2:30 PM AUG 17TH THERE IS A 24 HOUR WAIT TIME BETWEEN WHEN YOU SUBMIT THIS ENROLLMENT FORM AND WHEN YOUR CHILD WILL START WITH THE PROGRAM FOR LINCOLN SCHOOL.  LINCOLN FAMILIES YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFYING THAT YOUR CHILD IS ON OUR ROSTER.
