We are so excited to invite you to our open mic night at Jo's Downtown and are so grateful for you signing up!
Below is just going over a few policies that we ask that you please read to understand our heart in what event we hope to have.
16 year age minimum. Please message us for any questions regarding the age.  We promote a culture of life and love so we ask that you are mindful of what you choose to perform. We will also have a no tolerance policy for anything obscene, offensive, or discriminatory.
There is a tab at the end of this form that is titled "Special Instructions" If you will need any backing tracks for vocal performances or will be playing any instruments or have any request to help aid your performance please add it to this column.
