Activity Assistance Request
Chapters can request up to $3,000 for activities from September 1 to August 31.

There is no maximum amount you can request for each activity and you can make as many requests as you like until you reach the $3,000 available. Each activity requires a separate request. If you do not use all of the funds you have requested for your activity, those funds will be returned to the pool and available for future requests.

You must apply for funds before any expenditures are made or committed to.

Funds need to be applied for in the time period when the activity occurs (i.e. you cannot pre-apply to 'use up' funds from one funding period to another - ask us if you have any questions about the timing of your application.)

You can expect an answer from us in approximately two weeks of your application. Questions? Please ask your coordinator! We want this to be easy for you!
