Parents will, by now, be familiar with our early closure on Friday afternoons.
The school recognises that there are families for whom early closure presents great difficulties and, therefore, we are providing spaces in school for children where;
both parents/carers are working (or one parent/carer where the child is within a single parent household) and where there are no other childcare arrangements available.
Please complete this form for any child who is currently attending or for whom you need a place.
You will need to complete one form per child.
Please note that if children are remaining in school they must be collected no earlier than 3.30pm and prompt collection at 3.30pm is a requirement. Should we identify a pattern of early or late collection, the place can be withdrawn.
We will be requesting some evidence that a place is required over the coming weeks.
