We invite you to join us at the Center for the Creative Arts for the 5th season of "The Market at CCArts". This outdoor event has become a fantastic way to bring our community together to support local artists and connect with one another. Our markets feature a variety of regional artists, fine handmade products, and a bake sale booth or food truck.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Jury Process/Results
This is a juried event. Jury results are sent shortly after applications are received and reviewed.
- Acceptance will be determined on a month-to-month basis and future dates are not guaranteed without written verification from CCArts staff.
Handmade original designs with a high level of craftsmanship are required. All entries are judged by a jury committee for quality and suitability of the event. The committee makes the final decision on which vendors will be selected for the show.
- Vendors selling buy-sell, mass or commercially produced or kit items will not be accepted into the show.
Application Requirements:
All artists MUST submit new images of their work and booth/table set-up for this event.
Images should be emailed to artwork@ccarts.org upon completion of this form, otherwise your application will be seen as incomplete. - At least two images of your handmade products and one image of your setup/booth is required.
- If you are new to vending and do not have a photo of your booth set-up yet, please send a description of what your set-up will be like.
- Images must be saved as JPG files and be labeled with with your Last Name in the following format (Example; Smith_1.jpeg, Smith_2.jpeg). Please provide Hi Res images only.
- These images will be used to jury your work and for advertising on our digital and print media platforms.
Vendors are responsible for providing CCArts with a copy of any and all licenses and certificates required to sell their products (if applicable). - A copy of such documents is required to be on file with your application. Please email them to artwork@ccarts.org after submission of this form.
Vendor Fees/Expectations:
The vendor fee is $50 per vendor booth (up to 12' X 12'). If you are accepted as a market vendor, you will receive an invoice with your acceptance letter via email.
- These vendor fees benefit the Center for the Creative Arts, a non-profit community art organization, whose mission is to inspire, transform, and enrich the lives of people of all ages and abilities through the arts.
We will promote the event with ads, digital postcards, social media, and emails to our patrons, students, and the local community. We welcome vendors to join our marketing efforts and we will provide logos or other marketing collateral if requested. You are responsible for your booth and its contents. Be prepared to protect your work and display in the event of inclement weather. - CCArts is not responsible for damage to works or products due to weather or unrelated incidents.
In the event of severe weather we may cancel the event. We will send you a communication using the information you provide on this application.
CCArts does not provide tables or tents. Vendors must provide their own set-up.
CCArts is located in a valley where cellphone reception is weak at best. CCArts will make best efforts to provide sufficient Wi-Fi for transaction processing.
Currently, CCArts is unable to provide booth electricity for individual vendors. *This application updated as of January 2025*
