Welcome to our new re-enrollment form for current families. If you are a new to St. Mary Catholic School family please do not use this form to enroll, use the New Family Enrollment forms instead. If you have attended St. Mary previously, left and are now coming back, fill out the New Family forms.
Please fill out this form and submit your answers at the end. Priority current family re-enrollment will end on March 20th at 12:00am. We will open registration to new families on Tuesday, March 21st, 2023. Current family spots will not be saved unless they have completed their re-enrollment form, paid a minimum registration fee (or made arrangements to pay reg. fee with Sharon Greany) and made your appointment to have a re-enrollment meeting with Mr. Hart.
If requesting tuition assistance, the separate FACTS application is still required to be completed by May 8th, 2023:
