TWO WAYS TO PAY FOR THE WORKSHOP:

1) CHECK VIA USPS MAIL
Please send a $60 check payable to Lincoln Public Schools to:

**Please print your student's first and last name on the memo line of the check.

2) ONLINE VIA MYSCHOOLBUCKS.
A link will be emailed to you for online payment via credit card - a 3.8% processing fee applies. If you choose online payment, please be patient. You will receive an email generated by staff during business hours. It will contain the payment link. The workshop will not show on your student's Synergy fees or system. It is a separate link from MySchoolBucks.

Registration is not complete until we receive payment. Your registration will be considered complete when this form is completed and the check or credit card payment is received.

Free/Reduced Lunch Course Fee is $25. For questions regarding reduced fees based on free or reduced lunch status, please email Michelle Fonck at mfonck@lps.org
