2024 High Knob Outdoor Fest Vendor Application
The sixth High Knob Outdoor Fest will be held the week of Aug. 10-17, 2024. We are seeking vendors for the festival's downtown celebration being held from 4-9 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17, in downtown Norton. This celebration will include live music, food trucks, a beer garden, and outdoor demonstrations and contests. ((Please note that, as of March 29, we have filled up our capacity for food vendors.)) 

We are seeking  
  • Vendors that offer information, products, or demonstrations with non-motorized outdoor recreation as a primary focus
  • Outdoor Gear Companies
  • Outdoor Recreation Outfitters
  • Local Artisans interested in displaying and selling their artwork 
All vendor applications submitted will be reviewed and approved by the High Knob Outdoor Fest committee. Completed registration forms must be submitted no later than Aug. 1, 2024. 

Vendor spaces are free unless selling food or merchandise. Food vendors must pay a $30 fee. All other vendors must pay a $20 fee. Checks should be made payable to City of Norton, C/O Katie Dunn, P.O. Box 618, Norton, VA 24273. Please put High Knob Outdoor Fest in the memo line. 

Once approved, we will send you more details about vendor setup, location, timing, etc.

Waiver: Medical or accidental insurance is not carried for voluntary participants of this event by the High Knob Outdoor Fest Committee and City of Norton. In consideration of my participation in the High Knob Outdoor Fest, I hereby release the festival, official sponsors, and the City of Norton and its employees from any claims of liability in the event of injury, damage, or other expenses incurred as a result of participation in this event.
