Welcome to the open call for Panel and Programming for OCon Expo 2024. We ask you to give us as much information as you can on your structured panel, and we will try to make the process as easy as possible.

There is no limit to how many panels you can submit. However, because of limited space, we will likely approve only one or two. Our goal is to have well-rounded content representing a variety of interests. We will pick panels based on that goal.

Panels must be submitted BY May 28, 2024. (Earlier submissions will be given priority.)

Panels should be limited to 45 minutes of content as all programming will start at the top of the hour.

Note: This is a family-friendly event. While we understand that things can get exciting during a panel (we've all said some casual curse words; let's be honest :P) , we generally want to keep panels accessible to PG-13 audiences. If you've got a great idea for an 18+ panel, OCon is probably not the place for it.

By submitting this form, you are letting us know your interest in presenting at the event. We will approve panels based on room space, topic variety, and event character. Programming is a vital aspect of a fun convention weekend. We really appreciate your participation!
