MOE High School Robotics Team - Student Application - 2025/2026
All high school students interested in joining the Miracle Workerz/MOE high school robotics team for the 2025/2026 season must complete this application form, even if you are a returning student.

The MOE high school robotics team will be celebrating our 27th season this fall.  The application process consists of:

1 - completing this application
2 - scheduling an interview (student and parents) in the summer
3 - attending kick-off session in August

The official season runs from late August through the end of April.  

Being a member on this team is a significant commitment, but it is also a LIFE CHANGING opportunity.  If you are selected to be on this team, you will not have much time for additional extra-curricular activities.  

If you are looking for an activity that checks a box for your college portfolio/resume - THIS TEAM IS NOT FOR YOU.

Student team members are expected to 
- attend at least 75% of our regular team meetings (once per week in the fall, four times per week from January through April)
- attend most of the four competitions we plan to participate in during March and April, and 
- participate in STEM outreach events throughout the season

NOTE:  Parents are also expected to attend regular MOE Boosterz meetings and assist in a number of volunteer roles we need to be successful this season.

NOTE:  The MOE High School Robotics Team is the only FIRST Robotics team in Delaware currently.  Selection for student team members may require us to limit the number of team members from one particular high school - our purpose is to provide a FIRST robotics experience for students from many high schools in the greater Wilmington, Delaware area.
