As a Performer and/or Show Host, I agree to the following compensation: (Please check all boxes that you agree to below.) *

I agree to a minimum of 10% of live and virtual ticketing sales though ViewStub

I agree that I will receive 100% of Tip Jar donations linked to my Venmo or Paypal account

I agree that I will receive 100% (less 2% credit card processing fees) of donations made through the Events by KathySings4u, LLC/Vocal4Media "Donation to Performer/Show Host" button

I agree to these same terms for rebroadcast of full episodes

I understand that Events by KathySings4u, LLC and all associated vendors do not take any percentage of merchandise sold through my website during a broadcast or on location at Venue Partners during live shows.

I understand that payments collected through the Events by KathySings4u, LLC credit card processing systems will be sent via Venmo no later than 7 business day following a broadcast.

I agree that payments received from ViewStub live and or virtual tickets will be sent to be 5 business days after payout from ViewStub to Events by KathySings4u, LLC and all associated vendors.

I understand that I will receive a Video Copy of my broadcast via a WeTransfer.com link. *

I understand that depending on production schedules, it may take up to 15 days after a broadcast to receive a copy.

I also understand that for an additional fee that one of the participating vendors can edit my video into a promo video.

COVID-19 RELEASE FORM: I agree to release Events by KathySings4u, LLC and all associated vendors from any liability if illness, loss of work, hospitalization, or financial loss which may be related to potential unintended exposure to COVID-19 during a broadcast taping occurs to myself or my family members. *

I understand that I am an Independent Contractor and I am responsible for all monies received as a Performer and/or Show Host from this broadcast. I also understand that I will receive a 1099 from Events by KathySings4u, LLC for a total of $600 or more received in a calendar year. *

I agree to submit the W-9 form sent to me to info@vocal4media.com or print and fill out one and bring it to the broadcast.

I understand that I will not receive any payment until I agree to these terms and submit a W-9.

I agree to the following responsibilities for promoting my ViewStub Livestream and/or live performance: *

"LIKE" ALL of the participating business, entertainer, and host pages for my event

"Invite" my friends to my event

Post photos, videos, and comments about my event in the "Discussion" of the event page then "Share" it on my personal and business pages

"Share" the event on my other social media platforms

Send out an invitation to my email list with the ViewStub or Facebook event ticketing link

I understand I can invite anyone in the world to my virtual event

I understand I can ask for assistance in completing these tasks and I will receive personal support from a ThisShowMustGoOn.tv Team Member.
