This form should be filled out if you are interested in carrying others in free Uncorrupted Voidwing runs. A few things first to make sure we're all on the same page- this fight is a little more complicated than previous AotC fights, so please understand we need to be a little more specific with our needs.  If you are on the cusp of any of these requirements, or will meet them soon, please still fill the form out and notate that in the "Other info we should know" section.

TO QUALIFY YOU SHOULD:
BE ON NORTH AMERICAN/OCEANIC REALMS
Be a Mythic raider (at least 5/12M preferred)
Have several Heroic N'zoth kills under your belt (10+ in lieu of Mythic experience)
Have a 465 ilvl (negotiable if ilvl low due to corruption)
Level 15 cloak
Have the ability to not only pull your own weight, but that of others
Understand that these runs are FREE and all winners are chosen via lottery
Have a positive attitude and patience

TO BECOME A REGULAR:
      Be willing to commit to help on a regular basis (not a one-off)
      HORDE- Mondays & Fridays 9-11 PM EST
      ALLIANCE- Fridays & Saturdays 9-11 PM EST
      We're not asking you to commit to both days, just to at least one day consistently, and to stay for the entire 2
      hours

TO HELP WITH SPECIAL EVENTS:
      Be willing to commit to 3 hour chunks of time during our 12 hour/24 hour runs.  Sign-up forms will be posted
      in the Discord carrier channels.
