Thank you for applying to bring your magic to Ecstatic Dance Festival (Wed, 26 July - Sun, 30 July).
We deeply appreciate your intention to co-create with us this year and we are really excited to grow the 1:1 offerings this year! We would also like to offer some simple massage workshops to participants if you'd be open to this and we would discuss this arrangement in more details.
We are a small festival and therefore do not have a big budget to work with. We do our best to offer suitable arrangements for all who co-create the festival with us.
IMPORTANT:
- Practitioners will pay a pitch fee (to be agreed on individual basis, depending on number of sessions and charge per session at the festival). This fee will include support in marketing & listings online.
- Practitioners all need liability insurance coverage for the modality they will be offering at the festival.
- You need to bring your own work tent, set up for sessions and sleeping tent.
- Power: possible to arrange for extra cost, please specify in the form.
Applications are open until 1 June. We will be making offers on the first week on June. Everyone who applies will be communicated to via email.
