Board Governance
LWVMN is a member directed, board governed, staff driven organization. Board members and staff have specific and essential roles in the management of the organization. The board provides counsel to staff and oversight of organizational management. Staff primarily manages the day- to-day affairs of the organization. There is an expectation of shared leadership with board colleagues and the executive director.
