Master of Community Action & Social Impact - APPLICATION FORM

This is an application form for the Master of Community Action & Social Impact (MCASI) offered by Ako Mātātupu.

Please read THIS INFO SHEET for more information.

We need these three things:

1. Complete and submit this application form.

2. Email your CV to masters@teachfirstnz.org including contact information for TWO referees.

3. Record a short video (no longer than TWO MINUTES) in which you answer the questions

- What is a problem that your community is currently facing?

- What is your idea for a social impact project that might help?
