Saturday, January 21, 2023 9am-12pm @ ERUUF Fellowship Hall (planning time can be outside for those who prefer)

RE teacher training for January of 2022 will include some ritual/grounding time, basics for the year, a diversity equity and inclusion training piece, and planning time for your teaching team to connect with each other and get started with preparations for the year.

Special Teacher Training on Creating Engaging Spaces for Youth in a Tech Age Saturday, January 21, 2023  1pm-2pm All RE Teachers are invited to stay after RE Teacher Connect for a special session with local professional sexuality educator and OWL teacher Leslie Massicotte. Participants will brainstorm engagement techniques to keep kids engaged and review why group agreements are so important.
Additional OWL Training sessions led by Leslie Massicotte will be led by held immediately after from 2-4p

Hopefully most teachers can attend.  We will make materials available to anyone who can't attend.  However, the grounding, the DEI work, and the connecting and planning time will not be the same without you!
