As a reminder, our meetings will be held via Zoom on the following Mondays at 7pm eastern for 45 minutes:
October 16th, 23rd, 30th & November 2nd
In addition to our weekly meetings, I'll be hosting a Facebook group (not mandatory, but highly encouraged!) that will focus even more on community, a place to ask questions & connect, celebrate our wins, and some extra love, support, and real talk from me!
Please note that this isn't a full workout program. Some movement will be involved, but the bulk of it is mindset, habits & support. If you are interested in 1:1 or group fitness classes, please email me.
