All players and guardians must agree to the below Fair Play Agreement prior to participation in all Orlov Chess Academy sponsored events, including the Orlov April Open (April 18).

By checking the boxes below, I agree to follow the fair play agreement terms in accordance with maintaining the highest possible standards of ethics and fair play during my online chess games. This agreement is required by the Orlov Chess Academy prior to participation in the all Orlov Chess Academy-sponsored online chess events. Players who break the agreement may face forfeiture of their games, expulsion from the tournament, and sanctions by the Orlov Chess Academy. *

I promise to follow US Chess rules while playing my games.

I promise to not use a cell phone, chess engine, or seek any kind of outside assistance during my games.

I will use the program ZOOM in order to be monitored via webcam.

I will be accessible to communicate with the TD if he/she needs to reach me during my chess games.

I understand that any suspicious games may be checked by the Orlov Academy Fair Play Committee and/or Chess.com's Fair Play review team.

The Orlov Chess Academy has the sole right to interpret the results of my online chess tournament games.

I understand that Orlov Chess Academy may forfeit players 10 minutes after any round start unless notified otherwise
