CONSENT TO HAVE PERSONAL IMAGES/VIDEOS OR LIKENESSES USED FOR ORGANIZATIONAL PURPOSES

I consent and authorize Circle City Fellows (CCF), any CCF representative, or anyone properly authorized by CCF to use any photograph and/or video taken of me as a CCF Fellow, employee, board member, volunteer, or voluntary event participant for any organizational purpose whatsoever.

Organizational purposes include, but are not limited to public relations materials, marketing materials, and online content.

I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use or reproduction of any photographs/videos taken of me, and that all photographs/videos taken of me by CCF, any CCF representative, or anyone authorized by CCF, are the sole property of CCF.
