I hereby assume and accept the risks of my child's/children's participation in the swimming pool activities on the Jacksonville Jewish Center property and agree to fully release and hold harmless Jacksonville Jewish Center, its employees, members, agents, directors, officers, trustees, and affiliates of any kind from any and all liability, actions, demands, damages, expenses, costs, claims, and causes of actions of any possible nature in respect to any and all injuries, death, loss, or damage caused as a result of or related to any activities in the swimming pool and surrounding recreational area.
