About C&K:

  • C & K has been around for well over a year now. We created the guild because of the need for it. A lot of us are Second/Third shift workers, or mornings are just better for us. We love the game but can’t run like the normal 9-5 crowd. Plus, name a better combo than Coffee and Raiding!

Raiding Times:

  • Wednesday & Thursday 8:30AM - 11:30AM

  • Optional 10 mans on Fridays 8:30AM - 11:30AM (with the occasional clean up on Monday)

Loot System:

  • EPGP

Expecations:

  • Know that, while we aren’t the best or worst guild out there. We (the raid team) are a cohesive unit that are working together to achieve the same goals.

    • Meaning:

      • We don’t flame each other, and we treat each other respectfully. We prioritize PERSONALITY over playing ability. It doesn’t matter if you’re a parse god. If no one can stand to play with you, you won’t be here for long.

      • NO Racism, Sexism, Belittling or Homophobia of any kind will be tolerated.

      • We are perpetually trying to do better and expect you to do the same.

      • We help each other out if we can in our down time

      • Our number 1 goal is to have fun together as a guild.

      • Our number 2 goal is to clear all the content, Hardmodes included before the phase ends.

      • Sometimes our 2nd goal will cause us to make tough decisions. We will go above and beyond to make sure that our 2nd goal doesn’t compromise our 1st.

      • Raiding with C&K requires a good sense of humor, the ability to take direction, and the ability to focus when needed.

  • Understand we expect you to come to each raid fully prepared, with Flasks, Food, Potions, Bombs, etc. 

  • As well we expect your character to be fully Gemmed and Enchanted with the absolute best Gems and Enchants available.

  • Understand we expect you to show up to raids with a basic understanding of the fights we expect to do on a given night.

  • RELAX! We don’t expect you to be a 99 parse god. We just expect a bottom line of having all your Consumables and Enchants ready to go before we even engage the bosses!

Understand we have a Trial period upon joining the raid team. Members at this rank won't earn EP for raid bosses for 2 lockouts and won't roll on loot that Raiders can. However, if no Raiders want an item, Trial Raiders can bid at 25% GP cost. After 2 lockouts, we'll evaluate performance and either promote to Raider or part ways. New Raiders get 500 EP and 800 GP + GP of won items, or 500 EP and 1000 GP if no items are won. Will this be an issue? *
Understand we run a raid team of 30 raiders. We have to run a bench weekly. Usually we only expect our raiders to be benched once every 5 weeks or so. We try to announce the raid schedule days in advance so you have notice. Would this be an issue for you?

Follow up. We require our bench to arrive on time for the raid to earn EP for the day. In case of any last minute absences or late arrivals. After the raid gets started the bench is free to log off and carry on with their day. Would this be an issue?
