ARAS SF Teen Vision Project ~                             A Journey with Symbols

A free, two-week immersive Art Program based in the Mission District of San Francisco

Weekdays July 8-19, 2024 for teens (ages 16-18)

Participants will have the opportunity to:

   *    Create original artworks inspired by universal symbols

   *    Experience field trips to murals, museums, galleries, or artists’ studios for 

         inspiration & conversation

   *    Work with different art materials

   *    Learn how to use ARAS' online archive

   *    Meet with working artists

   *    Gain confidence as creative individuals 

   *    Make lasting connections with other teens whose vision has flair for imagination

FREE program with art supplies provided. Participants are required to attend all 10 days – Monday through Friday for two weeks, July 8th to 19th – mainly in the ARAS room at the C. G. Jung Institute of San Francisco. additional meeting points to be determined. Attendance required for in-person gatherings from 10:30AM to 4PM.

Application deadline is May 31, 2024. Interviews will be held in June.
