This is the application form for Letter of Invitation in format of URSI GASS 2023.
Please note that you are not able to apply for the letter of invitation of MOFA from this form!

A letter will be sent to you in 10 days after your application.
Due to a high volume of requests, it is possible that it takes more days to send you a letter.
After the procedure, we will send you a letter of invitation from "gass2023_invitationletter-grp@g.chuo-u.ac.jp".
