★Email addresses of non-UTokyo members will be removed without notice.

1) メールアドレスについて
・g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jpなど、大学から発行されたメールアドレス（ドメインがu-tokyo.ac.jp）で登録してください。
・学生で、大学から発行されたメールアドレス（ドメインが*u-tokyo.ac.jp）がない人は別途ご相談ください。
・入学手続き中で大学のアドレスがない方は、手続き終了後にアドレスを取得してから登録してください。大学のアドレス取得方法については、下部の【新しく東京大学の学生・教職員になられた方へ　To new UTokyo members】を確認してください。

1) REGARDING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
・Please use the UTokyo email address (domain name: u-tokyo.ac.jp, including "g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp" and an email address issued from your faculty/graduate school and/or institute/center, etc.)
・In case you are a student and do not have an e-mail address issued by the university (domain: *u-tokyo.ac.jp), please contact us.
・If you are in the middle of the admission process and do not have a university address yet, please register after you obtain your address after the process is finalized. For details regarding how to obtain a university email address, please check 【新しく東京大学の学生・教職員になられた方へ　To new UTokyo members】 below.

2) 留学生支援室の個人情報の取り扱いについて
登録された個人情報は、個人を特定することができないよう匿名化したのちに、留学生支援室のサービス改善・キャンパスの国際化のため、教育・研究目的で使用する場合があります。また、留学生支援や国際交流に関する学内情報を留学生支援室から送ったり、アンケート調査等への協力をお願いする場合があります。アンケート調査等への協力は任意です。
情報の利用の仕方について質問がある場合は、遠慮なく質問してください。
登録から5年（交換留学生・聴講生の場合は1年）を経過したメールアドレスは削除します。

2) ISSR Personal information handling policy
Registered personal information may be used for research and educational purposes to improve our services for international students and to internationalize our campus, after deleting all information that identifies individuals.
ISSR will also use the information to inform you of international exchange activities on campus, as well as to ask your participation to a questionnaire regarding internationalization of UTokyo. (Optional)
Should you have any questions regarding the ISSR personal information handling policy, please feel free to ask ISSR.
An email address that has been registered for 5 years (1 year, in case of an exchange/audit student) will be deleted.

【新しく東京大学の学生・教職員になられた方へ　To new UTokyo members】

所属の学部・研究科、研究所、センターなどからもらったUTokyo Accountを利用して大学のメールアドレスを作成してください。 UTokyo Account を持っている人は、オンラインで大学のアドレス（*@g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp）を作成することができます。
Please make a university email address using your UTokyo Account given by your graduate school/faculty, institute, or center. Everyone who holds UTokyo Account can create the email address *@g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp online.

5. 学生証番号/教職員/研究員番号 Student ID/Staff/Faculty/Researcher's Number *
*UTokyo accontではありません。学生証に書いてある番号を入力してください。学生の場合は、XX-20XXXXX, YY-21XXXXなど、入学した年度が記載されています。教職員の方は大学や研究科、センター等から付与されている番号を記載してください。*NOT UTokyo Account. Your Student ID on your card, such as XX-20XXXX, YY-21XXXX, etc. that include the year you enrolled. If you are  a staff/faculty/researcher, please put the ID number that university, graduate school, or center issued.
6.  Date(Year/Month) of enrollment/employment to the UTokyo 東大入学／着任・入職年月 *
記載例）2023年4月、2022年9月など　Examples) 2023/4, 2022/9, etc.
