We're delighted you're planning to attend the CUNY Games Network's 2025 conference. The (FREE!) conference will be held digitally on Thursday, Jan. 23 from 9:30 AM to 5:15 PM (EST) and in-person Friday, Jan 24 from 10 AM to 3 PM (EST). You must register here to participate in the conference.

The first day of the conference will consist of workshops, idea exchange sessions, and attendee presentations held in breakout rooms on the Zoom platform. The second day will feature in-person playtesting and open play of tabletop games at BMCC in the Financial District (Tribeca) of New York City.

The CUNY Games Network promotes game-based pedagogies, focusing particularly on non-digital learning activities educators can use in the classroom every day. We aim to bring together all stakeholders: instructors, researchers, staff, graduate and undergraduate students, and game designers. Both CUNY, non-CUNY, and K-12 participation is welcome—and completely free of charge.
