Remote & Hybrid Team Challenges - Reflection (Pre-Work)
Purpose: To reflect on recent wins and any challenges in your organization or business
related to working with a fully remote or a hybrid (some members remote, some members
in person) team.

Instructions: As leaders, it is important to take stock of lessons learned, anticipate future
challenges, and continuously work to improve our teams’ effectiveness and impact. Set
aside about 30 minutes of uninterrupted time to reflect in your journal on the following
prompts related to remote or hybrid team leadership:
