Position Description:

This position requires professionalism, dedication, and communication. You will work with a small on-site team to achieve daily and weekly tasks. This is a front of house position and requires continuous communication with guests at a professional level. The following tasks are required:

• Cleaning of Washrooms, Unisex showers, Cabins, Lodges, Laundry Rooms, Etc.

• Following directions for direct management and supervisors

• Cleaning of work spaces

• Ability to read and follow check sheets

• Reporting to direct management

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50lbs

• Driver’s license

• Ability to use best judgment 

• Uphold company rules and regulations

• Rake and clean grounds

• Use zero turn, push mowers, blowers, weed whips. 

• Pull weeds, maintain flower beds

• Clean and maintain outside building 

• Ability to empty outside trash receptacles

• Ability to keep groundskeeping areas clean and organized

• Household Electrical and plumping knowledge 

• Basic Pool Maintenance | CPO preferred 

• Ability to drive tractors, and manual equipment (Army Truck, Wagon Ride) 

• Ability to fill propane tanks or willingness to learn how to fill propane tanks

• Replenish toiletries.

• Empties trash receptacles

• Ability to stand/move for 6 hours

• Professional communication with on-site guests

• Ability to take direction from supervisors/managers

• Ability to report to supervisors/managers

• Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and guests

• Ability to be present and away from personal cell phones during work hours

• Ability to keep work spaces clean and orderly at all times

Hours Availability:

This is a seasonal position that runs from April 1st to October 31st. 

Those who can work weekends and Holidays will be given priority.

The earliest a shift will start is 8am and the latest a shift will run is 11pm. Most shifts are 6 hours without break; exceptions can be made with notice at time of interview/hire.
