Please read the following committee descriptions and choose one or more that you feel your talents align with.  Committees are forming now and will be presided over by a Chamber Board member as well as the Executive Director.  

The responsibility of the Recognition Committee is to select and recognize citizens for services and accomplishments. The Recognition committee will present the appropriate award to the recipient approved by the Chamber Board of Directors. The Recognition committee will meet on the last Tuesday of every month at the Four Oaks Chamber Office at noon.  Meetings will be kept to one hour.  Committee members will also attend presentations when available.

The objections of this committee are the solicitation of new members/Ambassadors, and membership renewal.  This committee will meet on the 2nd Thursday at Noon in the Four Oaks Chamber office.  Meetings will be kept to one hour.  If you would like to apply to be an Ambassador, please indicate so by checking the appropriate box.  Ambassador Guidelines and Application will be sent in a separate email.

The Events committee is responsible for the planning and implementation of Annual Events and Activities.  This committee will meet on the 3rd Thursday of the month in the Four Oaks Chamber office at noon.  Meetings will be kept to one hour.   The Chamber hosts several large events during the year as well as smaller activities which may require meeting more often when the event dictates.
