I understand that the HOA will install a sign to designate my garden as adopted to alert the landscapers. I also agree not to move or remove this sign.  *
I understand that should I not maintain my garden area, the HOA may restore the garden to its prior condition at my expense. *
I understand that, should I sell my unit, I will disclose to any potential Buyers that they will be responsible for maintenance of the garden. *
