Please use this form to register your child for kindergarten for the 2020-2021 school year. Your child must turn 5 on or before September 1, 2020. We will have a Kindergarten Parent Registration Day later in June to complete the following: registration papers, kindergarten screener, and turn in your child's birth certificate, social security card, blue immunization form, and proof of residency.
