Leaders-in-Training Application

This application is for teens, entering Grades 10 or 11 in September 2025, who would like to be considered for the Leaders-in-Training (LIT) Program at Poly Summer.

Applicants who will be 16 or older by July may also apply for a staff position if interested in being considered for employment.

Steps:
  1. Submit an application.
  2. Poly Summer Team will review applications on a rolling basis.
  3. If you appear to be a good fit for our leadership program, Poly Summer will contact your parent/guardian regarding registration and program payment.
  4. Selected LITs should plan to commit to the duration of the 6 week program.
It is important that the LIT applicant, not a parent, complete this form.
