Sauk County, in partnership with our four-local chambers of commerce, are conducting a survey to collect information on the economic impact of the COVID-19 outbreak and associated programmatic changes. This 19-question survey will be used to assess resident’s sentiment as it relates to COVID-19,  what challenges they have encountered, potential fears and what local businesses and business support organizations can do to help residents feel safe and re-engages with local business. The results will help inform our decisions and understand your needs. Your answers will be completely confidential and survey results will be reported in group form only.

Responses will be collected and analyzed on a weekly basis and we encourage you to submit one entry per week throughout August. Each week, beginning on Monday August 10th, one randomly selected participant will win $50 in chamber bucks from one of our local chambers of commerce. Providing contact information is not required to submit your response but is necessary if you are interested in participating in the weekly drawings.
