We have transformed the VISION BOARD activity into A VISION BOOK. You can create a separate page for each part of your life you would like to focus on versus a single collage with all the things.

If you aren't familiar with Vision Boarding, it is a creative visualization exercise used to visualize goals you want to realize. Instead of writing them out in words, we create them in pictures.

We will start the evening with a guided visualization experience integrating sound from crystal singing bowls. I have created a guided visualization script that will invite you to think about various areas of your life that pertain to health and well-being (relationship with self, relationships with family & friends, financial well-being, spiritual well-being, occupational endeavors, creative & recreational activities, etc...).

Next we will create a simple bound book out of Manila file folders and waxed thread out of three folders. I will teach you how to add additional folders should you need more space. Then we will spend time creating collages for each page of the file folder. Each page will be dedicated to a different area in your life you would like to focus upon.

We will finish the evening briefly sharing our visions for 2022 with the each other.

I promise that zero creative or artistic ability is needed for you to create a successful Vision Book. All supplies will be provided, as well as waters and light snacks.
