This application is to register your child for the 2019 I AM STEM Camp at Abundant Faith Church. The cost is $75 per week for the first child and a $15 sibling discount ($60 per week). All meals and activities are included. You must complete a separate application for each child. Your application is not complete until your $50 registration fee has been paid. You must click on the PayPal link at the end of the application to submit your payment.
